Warranty: Items come with a FREE 30 day parts and labor warranty. Warranty covers all essential mechanical parts for the product. Warranty does NOT cover cosmetic issues or items not essential to mechanical workings of the product. Products that have a mechanical failure are subject to be reviewed by technician first, before any type of exchange is allowed. Items that have total mechanical failure are subject to exchange for like item or refund amount. 30 day warranty starts on date of purchase and expires after 30 consecutive days. Absolutely no refunds or warranty coverage after 30 days unless additional warranty is purchased. Mike’s Appliances is not responsible for any damage to the residence, apartment or other dwelling or place in which the appliance is located, due to failure of the appliance such as water damage, spoiled food, electrical issues, fire, or any other damages due to the appliance. Refrigerator warranty does NOT include, water filter replacement, reimbursement of spoiled food cost, ice maker or water dispenser, light bulbs to include LED lights, water damage or damage due to water line, dispenser, and or water connections.
Refund policy: Items returned for non-mechanical failure according to warranty policy guidelines are subject to a restocking/handling fee of $60. Our items are large and bulky and are not easily replaced/ handled like pieces of clothing or other small items. Our items are heavy and involve other expenses to return item,, ie gas, vehicle maintenance, labor cost, inspection. If item is returned before 30 consecutive days from date of purchase the product value will be prorated in value according to the date within the 30 days. Ie item purchased for $200 returned after 25 days of ownership for non mechanical issues. 25/30=.83 (83%), $200 x 83%=$166, $200 - $166= $34 value of prorated product available for refund. Item in this example would still be subject to $60 handling/restocking fee. $34-$60= $-26. Customer would owe $26 to company. $60 stocking/ handling fee can waived to $20 if customer returns item back to store. Absolutely no returns after 30 days No exceptions.
